NOTES:

  1. Every 1 hour equivalent includes a 1/4 hour of background materials review, client discussion and feedback.
  2. For extensive projects, long-term contracts or highly configurable jobs, we will provide a list of additional requirements and/or time commitments. These will be for your review and prior to any billable work.
  3. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If we feel you cannot be satisfied, we will refund your money (or cancel our invoice) and exit the job.
  4. Any work of $2,500 or more requires a 50% deposit prior to beginning of work that is *non refundable*.
